Saturday Kitchen is a live ninety minute food show, hosted by chef Antony Worrall Thompson. Viewers are asked to vote for their favourite dish to be cooked at the end of the show as well as to contact the programme with questions and comments for Antony's guests who include top chefs, drinks experts and food writers.

The live studio items are interspersed with BBC archive food programmes, including favourites like Jamie Oliver, Keith Floyd, Delia Smith and Richard Stein. Regular studio guests include James Martin, Ken Hom and Mary Berry.
